For more than 20-years, Dr. Melody A. Cofield has worked with individuals, families, communities, and organizations to help capture the legacies of ordinary people doing extraordinary things. She has led workshops and writing retreats around the world empowering others to share their stories. After earning her M.B.A., Dr. Cofield started her career in marketing working with Fortune 500 companies. She earned her Ed.D in Leadership Education creating a Social Capital Leadership model for strengthening and building social ties. 

Dr. Cofield is the principal founder of Divar, Inc., a Lifetime Story Production Company. She is a coach, consultant, author, and speaker. She lives in Rochester, NY.
